2:00-4:30pm – Wild mushroom foraging tour with Jeremy from Wild Ontario Mushrooms. Looking for chanterelles, milk caps, indigo milk caps, chicken-of-the-woods, porcinis, oyster mushrooms, quilted green russulas, amanitas, and more!
5:00-6:00pm – Reception at the Martini House in downtown Burlington. Complimentary Prosecco will be offered. Additional alcoholic beverages will be available at an additional charge
6:00-8:00pm – 4-5 course dinner service will feature wild and cultivated mushrooms.
