Jeremy began his wild mushroom journey in 2015, after watching a wild mushroom YouTube video that sent him down the mushroom rabbit hole. 10 years later, he has identified, studied, foraged, and photographed, wild mushrooms in North America, Central America, and Europe. Jeremy runs regular public wild mushroom foraging events in Southern Ontario, Canada and also offers private foraging and culinary events with chefs and restaurants. Sharon’s curiosity was piqued in 2020, after discovering a puffball mushroom on her lawn. Shortly after that she signed up for a mushroom foraging event, and was instantly drawn into the fascinating world of wild mushrooms. 4 years later, Sharon has gone from student to teacher, learning to confidently identify several hundred species of wild mushrooms, and leading foraging events Canada and Costa Rica.
